  Saturday morning, sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes before i had my order taken. i paid and was told to drive around and park so they could run my order out to me. after waiting for 15 more minutes i went inside to ask about my order. They found it sitting on the ledge by the drive thru window. Sandwich and hashbrowns were cold from sitting there for who knows how long. This store is usually pretty good which is why 3 stars, otherwise would have rated it 1.

  Yesterday and today i came in for my ice coffee.Wow,This place is going to the Sh** hole. Management really does not care. This place for the past couple off weeks is out of supplies, ice coffee, cup lids, and even dozen donut boxes. I truly do not understand how an owner could let this happen to his store. On top of it when asked to speak with manager Deanna she had the nerve to tell me today if I don't like it I can go somewhere else to buy my coffee and donuts. Well I guess I truly will take my business else where. I rather be treated with respect than with none. For one thing it is us the customers that get money into your pocket for a paycheck! #GOBYEDUNKINDONUTSINLAKEBLUFF!!!

  No longer a loyal customer.
  I am totally upset and disgusted since my recent visit this past Sat 12/3/2016. I have seen this store run by two other managers prior to meeting the three manager. I have never experienced a visit like this one. I came in for my coffee and donuts, it was still early hours before 9 am. In her store she had no donuts to choose from.
  I was very disgusted with what I saw. The store lobby dirty, tables dirty. I asked to speak with the store manager Deanna. While I spoke with Deanna, all I heard was nothing to be impressed by. All were excuses.
  I asked why she was out of donuts. Deanna blamed her night crew for not making enough donuts, blaming them for not informing her of her stock running low. I honestly can not believe that she as a manager would put the blame on her employees the way she did.
  I myself manage a restaurant . I can honestly tell you that from my point of view, I would never blame my employees of my stock running out. I as a manager would and will make sure that I have the product and supplies in my store to serve my customers. I am a team leader, I will own up to my mistakes and take the blame because I am the manager that is managing the business that I am employed by.
  I am a local born and raised here in Knollwood. I am loyal to the stores in my little town, but shall I receive service that I am not happy with I will shop somewhere else.I have spoken with friend and neighbors regarding this store. Most of us have agreed that in the last month or so this store has gone down the drain. Most of them have said that they have stopped coming and buying in the store because of the service that is being provided , and the manager is not doing anything to fix it according to my friends. They themselves have said that they have spoken to the manager, and have heard the same line that I was given. Her employees are to blame for not informing her.
  I can say that from my point of view , I will no longer shop at this Dunkin Donuts (even though it is on my way to work).
  I now leave my home early to take my business to another Donut shop.(Not A Dunkin Donuts).
  I wish I was given the name of the owner so that I could have personally talked to him and inform him of how his store is being run. I would suggest to him to make some unannounced visits to his stores just to see how his managers run them.
